I MOVED!!! and my new room :)

Hiya,

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. My life has been pretty all over the place. So yeah, I moved. We are back in Norway now after an amazing 4 years in Germany.

Now on to the main point of this post. I wanted to show you guys new my bedroom. It has taken some time to figure out how to fit all my stuff in here since it is very small, (smallest bedroom in the house) but I have managed to get the important things in there with a good solution. Here are a few pictures :)

With it being a very small room it can often seem very dark and depressing that is why I have got a lot of lighter colors to make it seem a lot more spacious. 

Since I live in the basement I also got to sort out the apartment down here. I will show you pictures of them when they get done. Hope you enjoyed and I will be on track with posts soon.

8th Grade Prom!!

so today was the day of my sisters 8th Grade Prom. She has been talking about this since I went two years ago. She also had her best friend (who is like another sister to me) over to do hair and makeup. I took some lovely pictures and I thought I would share them with you.

I really hope that they both had an amazing time at Prom. And I know that I like to see what other people are wearing to special occasions like this so I hope it was somewhat useful. Haha

Review: The Body Shop Camimile

Hiya,
so I wanted to tell you guys about the makeup remover/ cleanser I have been using lately.
The Camomile cleansing Butter.

It is a cleansing butter, so the texture is very wierd. It is like a balm that turns into an oil. This removes make up really well. I have been using it as a cleanser after removing my makeup with a micellar water. But you can get away with just using this.

This is the first thing I have tried from the Camomile line from the body shop. Now I really want to try their other things.
Do you have any recommendations from the Body Shop?? I am thinking of trying out the cleansing oil from this same line

So I hope I am not the only one who wants to travel to a new place just to get new makeup and skin care. Most of the blogs I read and Youtube videos I watch are by people who life somewhere different from me. This means that I cannot always get my hands on what they are using. Finally the problem with the boggers from England has been solved. Boots now ships internationally.

This weeks favorites #2

So I thought that I would do another post about things that I have been enjoying this past week. I don't know how frequently I will have these posts so but I am just going to roll with it.

Scent: Miss Dior Cherie I think it is. There was a story about this because I told my sister that I wanted it for Christmas but I could not be the original one, I could not tell her what the difference was in the packaging except for that it was pink and not orange. Needless to say she was very confused with my explination but she got the right one either way. :)

Make Up: My lips have been very dry recently but, since the weather here in Germany is starting to change I wanted some color on my lips to lighten the mood. This is why I have been wearing the Korres Lip Butter in Pomegranate. Since I have been loving this one so much I really want to go and buy the other colors. This was is also great on top of lipsticks.

Nails: This is the Nails Inc. nail polish in Brook Street. I got this in a glossy box a long time ago and I have only now started to use it. It is the most beautiful bright pink and it makes me happy just looking at it. This is a great way to add a pop of color.

Song: On monday my mother, sister and I watched a few to many Bruno Mars interviews (My mom is a huge fan) and I have been singing "When I Was Your Man" all week. It is just a beautiful song and makes me smile. :)

Baking: Brownie/Cookies

Soooo.... I love baking, and for Easter I wanted to make something. I couldn't choose between brownies and cookies. This is why I did the combination of both.

What I did was I made a cookie batter and a brownie batter. (the ones from the bags are easy and taste amazing.)

Then I put the brownie batter in the cupcake form and then a little bit of the cookie batter on top.

This is seriously one of the best things I have ever made. The best of both worlds. :)

Productive days

Hiya

So you know when you have those days when you want to be super productive and get everything done. Yeah... That way today for me, I usually don't have very many of these days so I am very proud that I managed to finish everything I wanted to today. I actually told myself that I would not do anything fun until I finished everything and it really worked. Maybe I should to this more often.

I am one of those people who wait until the last minute with almost everything, especially homework. I am the kind of person who is up till midnight on sunday nights doing homework that I due the next day. But this week I wanted to not stress about it and actually have a relaxing sunday night.

I was also able to clean my room and sort out my cloths. Yaay, after a long week my room just gets kind of (really) messy. It now looks like someone actually lives in here and its not just a storage place.

Now it is finally youtube and TV time for me (yaaay) I have been waiting for this all day.

Trip to Oslo

Hiya 

So for the longest time me and my family were planning to go to Stavanger for spring break. Just to see our house and find what needs fixing before we move in this summer. My parents were driving and me and my sister flying a day later because of school. However our flight was canceled because of Lufthansa striking so we had to make new plans. We decided to surprise my aunt and come visit her in Oslo. I have always loved to travel and it was nice to have control over everything for a while. These past few days in Oslo have been amazing. We went to Sweden, downtown and even to the movies (The Grand Budapest Hotel was amazing and a bit different) I personally love Oslo and find that it is a great place to visit and if I could I would like to stay maybe an entire summer there.

This weeks favorites

I thought that I would show you some of the things that I have enjoyed this week. I don't know if it I will post one every week but you never know. 

Wear: This week I have been obsessed with this jean jacket from G Star Raw. I got it on sale last year when I was is Sweden. I am completely love it. 

Nail: I have been wearing Essie's "In Stitches" it is a very dusty rose color. I really don't feel like wearing very bright colors just jet so this one is perfect for the way I was feeling this week. 

Scent: I just said that I am not in the most "springy" mood but since it is the 'inbetween' stage I have chosen a very fresh scent. This is "Pure Daydream" from Victoria Scecret. Just smell it and you will be obsessed. 

Book: I have been reading "The Wedding" by Nicholas Sparks. If you liked the Notebook you will have very similar fellings for this one. I have not read the Notebook but I have seen the movie several times and I would get flashbacks to the movie in almost every chapter. There have also been a lot of tears so far. I am about to finish the last two chapters tonight.

Weekend in Paris

This past weekend I went to Paris, with my mom, my friend and her mom. This was for our 16th birthday. We didn't want a huge party or anything so we got to go to Paris!!! woohooo... 

Personally I have always been a huge fan of Paris and everything about it. (French History is so interesting... I sound like such a Nerd now... well well) 

We took the train form Kaiserslautern to Paris on friday morning. We arrived in Paris at about 10ish and then for a day of shopping. On Rue de Rennes and Rue de Four (City Pharma)  

The next day we went to Sacré-Cœur 

After that we went down to Champ Eylsees where we saw the arch de triumph and had lunch. We later spotted Laduree and we had to go in and get macaroons even though there was a long line outside. (It was worth it.) 

Sunday was our last day and we went to see the Eiffel tower and I brought my camera with me. Here are some of the pictures I took. 

When it was time to take the train back we went to the wrong platform and therefore missed our train. So we had to wait for two hours and did not get to Kaiserlautern until 11 at night and with school the next day it was not very pleasant. But since there was only seats left in first class we got to ride in the first class wagon. yaaaay

I hoped you enjoyed reading about my trip to Paris. I am very thankful for my mom for bringing me and I am now in love with the city.
